Smida Jazz Festival

Social Media Management & Copywriting

Smida Jazz Festival is a boutique music festival, taking place in the Apuseni Mountains in Romania.

It’s a project that I am privileged to contribute to as a social media specialist. This great festival breaks free from conventional boundaries, delivering a captivating live music experience that immerses the audience in the enchanting world of jazz.

At the heart of the Smida Jazz Festival lies an exceptional lineup of talented jazz musicians who transport you with their soulful melodies, captivating performances, and virtuoso skills. From legendary contemporary jazz icons to emerging talents, our carefully curated roster showcases a diverse range of jazz styles, ensuring a rich and dynamic experience for all attendees.

As a social media manager, I ensure the festival's success by crafting compelling online campaigns and engaging content that resonates with autochthonic jazz enthusiasts. Through strategic social media initiatives, cohesive communication, and enticing sneak peeks, I create a digital experience that builds anticipation, drives ticket sales, and fosters a vibrant online community of jazz aficionados.

I started working on this project last year, and I can say that the Social Media presence grew by 43% on Instagram and 13% on Facebook.

Beyond the festival's captivating performances, the Smida Jazz Festival offers a unique and immersive atmosphere. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Smida village, attendees will find themselves surrounded by the awe-inspiring beauty of the Carpathian Mountains, creating a truly enchanting and unforgettable setting for this musical celebration.

This project allowed me to showcase my expertise in leveraging social media platforms to create engaging online experiences that connect artists, audiences, and music enthusiasts. It is a testament to my passion for music, digital storytelling, and commitment to delivering impactful social media campaigns. And also, it’s a project that fulfils my love for nature.
